This top floor apartment consists of:

• Staircase leading to living areas
• Double bedroom with outside door leading onto a balcony
• Single bedroom
• Large Twin bedroom with 2 single beds and spacious lounge area
• Large comfortable shower room with double basins, toilet and shower
• 2nd Toilet with basin in utility room
• Kitchen with fridge, freezer and coffee/tea making facilities

Property is double glazed has central heating and is comfortably furnished and decorated. Ample car parking also provided.

Total cost of hire will be required to secure booking.
Any cancellations received per person will need to be made no less than 21 days prior to start of hire dates to be eligible for a refund for that person. Any cancellations received with less than 10 days prior to start of hire dates will be entitled to a 50% refund for that person. Payments can be made using credit/debit card cash or cheque.
